Drinks, Drumming, and Supporting Josie
September 14, 2017 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Join us for an exciting evening of food, drinks, African drumming, socializing, and supporting Josie’s Well. With everything that has been happening with Mother Nature, it reminds us how important it is to come together and give back to the world!
Huge thanks to Decibel’s Brewing for all their support. Decibel’s Brewing is donating half of their profits from our evening together to Josie’s Well, a charity owned by 10-year-old Josie Droz, to raise funds to build wells in Ghana. Josie works in partnership with Water Access Now, and with her hard work, her first well was built in 2015.
Here’s what’s on tap for Thursday night:
– Enjoy live drumming performance by drummer Yaw Amponsah who is from Ghana
– A fun night out for food, drinks, and socializing!
– Josie Droz herself will be speaking about the importance of supporting our fellow human beings in Ghana with clean water… and together, we can make a difference by raising enough money to build one or two wells in Africa.
Josie has a vision of raising enough money this week and at this event to fund at least one well. The amount for one well is $10,000. And all we ask is that you join us for a fun night out– and know that Decibel Brewing, in parntership with Josie’s Well and Water Access Now will do the rest!
Please share this event on your Facebook wall and tag any friends you believe would love to join us. See you there!!
