BARREL AGED FADE OUT • Imperial Stout
Imperial stout using a blend of English and American base malts, with additions of crystal malt, roasted barley, and chocolate malt. This version of Fade Out was aged in rum barrels from Skip Rock Distillers. If you aren’t careful you’ll be the one that fades out.
I WANNA BE YOUR DOG • IPA
Brewed for our 2nd annual 6Dogrees fundraising event. This IPA features 100% Washington grown 2-Row malt. A large amount of Azacca hops give this beer a floral, tropical aroma.
POCKETFUL OF GOLD • IPA
Many have I loved, and many times been bitten. Many times I’ve gazed along the open road. This IPA uses a combination of Chinook, Centennial, and Mosaic hops throughout the boil and as dry hops. Flaked Barley gives it the nice, creamy body.
MEAN GENE • Smoked Amber
This barrel aged amber ale has an intense maltiness from Munich, Marris Otter, and British crystal malts. We used a bit of peat malt to give it a flavor reminiscent of Scotch Whiskey.
WARRANT • Cherry Sour
Swinging to the drums, swinging to guitar, swinging to the bass in the back of my car. This kettle sour uses pale malt, wheat malt, and tart cherry from Oregon Fruit Products. Tastes so good make a grown man cry.
US & THEM • Pale Ale
Us being Citra hops, and Them being Vienna Malt. This dry hopped pale ale has a great combination of juicy, tropical fruit flavors from the hops and mild grainy sweetness from the malt.
SLIVER • Brown Ale
Our brown ale is back! This beer uses a combination of caramel and chocolate malts for flavor and color, hopped with Willamette and Centennial hops. Named for one of Ben’s favorite Nirvana songs.
LIMITER • Cream Ale
Our lightest beer, this one uses corn and rice to help lighten the body. We throw in just a touch of centennial hops to keep it interesting.
