IMPEDANCE • Porter
This Porter uses a blend of caramel and chocolate malts for its sweetness and color. Hopped with East Kent Goldings and fermented with an English Ale yeast.
OUTSHINED • Kölsch
Light bodied and pale in color. This German style ale uses a base of pilsner malt with Saaz and Tettnang hops for flavor and aroma.
ARMED LOVE • Spiced Wheat
Our take on a Belgian style wheat beer. We used French Saison yeast as opposed to a traditional Belgian strain. Light bodied and refreshing, spiced with coriander, and fresh orange and lemon zest.
POCKETFUL OF GOLD • IPA
Many have I loved, and many times been bitten. Many times I’ve gazed along the open road. This IPA uses a combination of Chinook, Centennial, and Mosaic hops throughout the boil and as dry hops.
Flaked Barley gives it the nice, creamy body.
DOPPLER • Imperial IPA
Willamette hops dominate this dangerously smooth Imperial IPA, with Citra and Cascade adding a brilliant balance. This beer was a collaboration with our friend John, who named the beer after his dog Radar.
US & THEM • Pale Ale
Us being Citra hops, and Them being Vienna Malt. This dry hopped pale ale has a great combination of juicy, tropical, fruit flavors from the hops and mild grainy sweetness from the malt.
BLACK ARK • Dubbel
A dark and fruity Belgian Style Ale named after the recording studio belonging to Lee “Scratch” Perry. We used dark candi sugar for the color in this beer.
PURPLE PEOPLE EATER • Blackberry Sour
Wheat beer that was soured in the kettle with lactic acid bacteria. We then added a ridiculous amount of blackberry during fermentation. Tart, fruity and refreshing.
