Us being Citra hops, and Them being Vienna Malt. This dry hopped pale ale has a great combination of juicy, tropical fruit flavors from the hops and mild grainy sweetness from the malt.

ALTO • Saison

Light bodied, yet complex saison brewed with a base of Pale, Vienna, and Wheat malts. We spiced it with fresh ginger and a touch of pink peppercorn, then used our favorite French Saison yeast to ferment and threw in some coconut sugar for good measure.  Look for a rum barrel aged version coming soon.

MANGO PEOPLE EATER • Mango Sour
